Phewa Lake

Phewa Tal is the travellers’ focal point in Pokhara, and is the second largest lake in Nepal. In contrast to the gaudy tourist development of Lakeside, the steep southwestern shore is densely forested and alive with birdlife. The lush Rani Ban, or Queen’s Forest, bestows an emerald hue to the lake, and on a clear day, the Annapurna mountains are perfectly reflected on its mirror surface.

Tilicho Lake

Tilicho Lake is a lake located in the Manang district of Nepal, 55 kilometres (34 mi) as the crow flies from the city of Pokhara. It is situated at an altitude of 4,919 metres (16,138 ft) in the Annapurna range of the Himalayas and is known as the highest lake for its size in the world, even though there are lakes at higher altitude even in Nepal.

Gosaikunda Lake

Gosainkunda Lake is a holy lake located in Langtang region of Nepal. This can be categorized as a short, easy and scenic trek situated near from Kathmandu. The trek offers panoramic scenery of Mt. Gokyo Lake

Rara Lake

The park is surrounded by alpine coniferous vegetation and offers a representative sample of the region's flora and fauna. More than 500 different kinds of flowers, 20 different species of mammals and 214 species of birds can be observed at Rara National Park. As for water life in the lake, the snow trout is the fish variety recorded so far.
